Job Summary :

JTM Digital, a leading digital marketing agency based in Rockville, Maryland, is looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media team. As a Social Media Manager, you will create and execute strategic social media plans for our clients, oversee account management, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaigns, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• ? Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with client goals
• ? Manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• ? Create and curate engaging, on-brand content, including posts, graphics, and videos
• ? Schedule posts using management tools and engage with audiences through comments and messages
• ? Analyze metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates) and refine strategies to boost performance
• ? Stay updated on social media trends and guide the team on best practices
• ? Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing support and feedback
