ComResource is looking for an IT Application Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading the planning, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our enterprise application ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary owner of ERP and related business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and execute strategies for application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, migrations, and decommissioning
  • Lead or oversee implementation and enhancement projects for enterprise applications
  • Oversee integrations across systems using APIs and middleware platforms
  • Manage ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data insights
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, translating needs into technical requirements
  • Maintain vendor relationships, software licensing, and support contracts

Essentials :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years managing enterprise applications, with strong ERP experience (Oracle, CMiC, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Solid experience with cloud and on-premise application environments
  • Hands-on experience with REST / SOAP APIs and application integrations
  • Strong background in report development and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and release management

    • Desired :

  • Experience in construction, architecture, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices related to enterprise applications
