Duration : 1 month

Coverage : Coverage for in patient rehab unit, admissions, discharges, care planning. daily rounds with 24 hour call coverage

Patients per day : 10 - 12

Schedule : Daytime rounds, on call, on site

Weeknight call : On call during assignment

Weekend call and rounding : On call during assignment

Will be doing their own medication management

EMR : Meditech

Support Staff : RN's, patient care technicians

5th floor of the hospital 5W

PM&R certification

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required
