Our clients include property management companies, educational facilities for all ages, medical and veterinary facilities, manufacturing and distribution centers, and commercial businesses of many different industries. We are excited to be looking for a Night Manager to join our growing Operations team at SV Clean. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the janitorial industry, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be open to leaning from and working with the Senior Night Manager and Management teams. This is a Night Manager position and the core hours will be from 4pm – 12am, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and texts (during weekdays and weekend when needed)
• Coordinate with contracted cleaning crews to resolve complaints and communicate results to management
• Visit multiple buildings each night and perform scheduled cleaning instructions using an app-based system
• Perform supply inventories
• Report any emergencies to management or client contact during off hours
• Email nightly reports to management
• Build relationships with cleaning crews
• Communication via text, email, and phone
