Sales and business development : Prospect for new clients (e.g., real estate agents, lenders, attorneys) through various methods like cold calling, email outreach, and networking to build a pipeline of potential business.Relationship management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.Client education and consultation : Present escrow and title services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.Market and trend analysis : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Administrative tasks : Track sales activities, manage client accounts, and meet sales goals.Event participation : Attend industry events like trade shows, conventions, and seminars to network and promote the company.Required skills and qualifications
