Backed by the founders of Georgia Boys BBQ, we specialize in commercial refrigeration, ice machines, light HVAC, and hot-side restaurant equipment. What Youll Do :

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, walk-ins, ice machines, and HVAC systems
  • Service and repair hot-side kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, flat tops, and more
  • Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of equipment
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Provide on-site repair quotes and collect customer payment info
  • Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently

    • What You Bring :

  • 13 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC / R (required)
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen hot-side equipment (preferred)
  • EPA Type II Certification (required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Clean driving record and valid Colorado Drivers License
  • Dependability, professionalism, and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions and tight spaces

  • Pay : $35$45 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus
  • Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts + overtime / on-call options
