We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team, specializing in residential and Airbnb cleaning services. This role is crucial for ensuring that our properties consistently meet the high standards our guests expect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, organized, and presentable for guest stays.

Change linens, replace towels, and stock essential supplies as needed.

Check for damages or maintenance issues and promptly report to management.

Handle laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.

Follow cleaning checklists and company protocols to achieve consistent results in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues as necessary.

Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure successful property turnover between guests.

Adapt to varying schedules and cleaning requests based on guest check-ins and check-outs.
