Parts Counterperson

Job Duties :
- Serve as the first point of contact answering and resolving customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone
- Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors
- Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock
- Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders
- Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Accurately complete cycle counting and inventory adjustments
- Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders
- Maintain inventory control for the branch
- Delivery parts to customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Competencies :

Safety focusedHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseForklift operation experience preferred2+ years' experience as a Parts Counter person or similar position preferredBenefits :
