Roaming Member Service Representative II

This position is responsible for assisting the membership with TruWest product, service and account information. Responsibilities include verifying information on deposit applications, approving / declining applications for service while assuring compliance with credit union policy and procedures, and effectively managing existing members and book of business.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a minimum of one year Teller II or similar related sales experience, advanced knowledge of TruWest products and services, and good sales and referral abilities.

Primary duties and responsibilities include :

• Identifying member's financial needs through profiling and promoting appropriate products and services.
• Performing all Teller related duties.
• Actively managing lobby traffic and providing personalized service to members.
• Accurately completing and processing product / service / loan applications.
• Understanding and opening all deposit accounts and loan products.
• Consistently educating members about their financial choices.
• Adhering to all credit union policies and procedures.
