Machine Learning Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Define and build the ML strategy to improve the assistant and user outcomes

Prototype, architect, and ship LLM powered features while ensuring quality and scalability

Audit and evolve the ML stack and infrastructure to support various model families

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in training and optimizing modern ML models in real-world environments

3+ years of experience mentoring and leading senior engineers on critical projects

Production experience with Python and fine-tuning open-source LLMs

Passion for keeping up with advancements in AI and applying them in a browser context

Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
