Director of Quality Management

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Director of Quality Management. The Director of Quality manages and directs, in cooperation with leadership, the facility's quality improvement program. This senior leader together with the CNO, leads the regulatory compliance program required to maintain accreditation with our various regulatory bodies : TJC, CMS and OhioMHAS.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in health-care administration or public administration or be a Registered Nurse or be an Master's-level social worker

Professional License : RNs must have a current and valid Ohio RN license and a social worker must have a current and valid Ohio LSW
