About the Role : ExcelCare at Dover is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team. As part of our skilled nursing facility, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents' health and well-being. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document changes in resident health status

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

Active New Jersey LPN license

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Availability to work every other weekend (required for part-time roles)

Schedule Options :

Full-Time : Consistent weekly hours with full benefits

Part-Time : Flexible shifts, includes every other weekend
