We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our growing team and help scale our multi-channel operations. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a critical role in customer satisfaction, marketplace management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement & Support :
- Manage omnichannel customer communications (phone, live chat, email, social media)
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Identify upsell opportunities while addressing customer needs
- Process custom prescription orders and coordinate with lab systems
Marketplace & Order Management :
Process dropship orders through Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce platformsReport daily inventory levels to all marketplace partnersMonitor order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issuesEnsure seamless integration between systems and customer satisfactionSocial Media & Brand Management :
Monitor and respond to all company mentions across Meta, Instagram, Reddit, Bazaar Voice, and AmazonEngage with customer comments, reviews, and messages from customers and influencersProtect and enhance brand reputation through timely, professional responsesTrack sentiment and escalate critical issuesProcess Improvement :
Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to optimize workflows and implement automationsDocument and improve standard operating proceduresProvide feedback on customer pain points to improve products and servicesRequirements :
2+ years experience in ecommerce, customer service, or marketplace managementProficiency with Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce (or similar EDI / dropship platforms)Experience managing marketplace inventories and order processingStrong social media management skills across multiple platformsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prioritiesLocal to North Miami - this is an in-office positionAvailable for occasional events in Miami area (travel expenses covered)What We Offer :
