Our Mixed Portfolio team seeks a Sr. Manager of User Experience Design who will lead and inspire a team of UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that expand the types of properties our customers can manage on our platform (e.g., affordable housing properties). This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.

Cultivate innovation : You will foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, unlocking ground-breaking product experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

Strategic mindset and ability to influence product strategy while balancing immediate business needs with a long-term design vision.

Strong people development skills and ability to sustainably grow and motivate others to drive high performance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.

Passion for creating exceptional and scalable customer-centric user experiences that drive product outcomes.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an emphasis on creating cross-team alignment and delivering value incrementally.

Ability to learn and navigate complex and ambiguous subject matters.

Must have

8+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 4 years of leadership experience, directly managing and developing a team of designers.

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or related experience).

Track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams that drive product outcomes in B2B products.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Nice to have

Experience working with Affordable Housing programs.

Experience leveraging AI tools in the design and research process.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary / hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is : $184,000-$230,000. The actual base salary / hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to : the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses / commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and / or employment type.
