Successful candidates should have strong interpersonal skills that enable them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport, and establish trust to give high-quality care while boosting patients' enjoyment and comfort.  They should also be proficient in emergency response and clinical skills, including bandage changes, tube feedings, shot administration, and IV setup / monitoring, and have initiative, allowing them to make independent judgments when necessary but still accepting patient direction and demands.

Calvert City Nursing and Rehab is a non-profit facility with 95 dual certified beds. RN must be able to fulfill charge nurse responsibilities, which may include passing medications.

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
