What This Job Involves :

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations. The successful candidate will work on complex commercial electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, building automation, and emergency power systems while ensuring compliance with all safety codes and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical facility infrastructure and contributing to optimal building performance for our tenants and stakeholders.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like :

• Maintain & repair all electrical systems (lighting, power, motors, controls)
• Inspect & monitor equipment, panels, transformers, and building automation systems
• Diagnose & troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment
• Handle emergencies including power outages and system failures
• Support projects including upgrades, tenant improvements, and new installations
• Ensure compliance with safety codes (OSHA, NEC, local standards)
• Document & report all maintenance activities and system performance

Required Qualifications :

Pay : $65900 - $95500 / year (paid hourly)

Schedule : M - F; day shift

Location : Vancouver, WA

Reports To : Operations Manager Employment Type : Full-Time
