What You’ll Do
As an Adult Foster Care Program Manager, you will :
Oversee and manage one or more residential homes
Hire, train, mentor, and coach residential care staff
Ensure compliance with licensing rules, accreditation standards, and funding requirements
Support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
Promote independence and encourage positive relationship-building
Monitor health and safety, responding to program and staffing needs as required
Be available for after-hours on-call support as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required :
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years’ experience in behavioral health or residential program management
Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to take after-hours on-call responsibility
Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Eligible to pass background checks
Ability to become certified in CPR / First Aid
Preferred :
Associate’s degree in a Human Services-related field
Prior leadership experience in adult foster care or similar residential programs
Location & Schedule
Location : Walker, MI (Grandview Campus – Ridge program)
Schedule : Full Time with on-call rotation
