Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a contract / freelance basis. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and boost overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SEO best practices, analytics tools, and content optimization, and will work closely with our internal team to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic for client websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page / off-page optimization to increase visibility on search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for improving website architecture, performance, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines while maintaining a user-focused approach.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards to showcase SEO progress and outcomes to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an SEO expert with a strong understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Ability to perform SEO audits and recommend improvements to websites for better search engine visibility.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles as they relate to SEO.
  • Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret SEO data to improve client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
  • HubSpot certification or experience is a plus.
