Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.

Develop and execute personalized care plans based on resident assessments.

Perform clinical procedures including wound care and other treatments with skill and compassion.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Protect resident privacy and uphold HIPAA and facility guidelines on confidentiality and rights.

Qualifications :

Active and valid LPN license in the State of Florida.

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred, but not required.
