A Customer Support Representative is responsible for addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. They are the first line of defense for a company, ensuring that customer needs are met and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Responsibilities :

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling incoming and outbound calls, averaging up to 30-60 per day.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Schedule :

Monday through Friday 10 : 30am to 7 : 30pm

A rotating Saturday shift 9am to 3pm.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate our business's changing needs. Further details will be provided during the interview.

Pay : $17 to $19 Per Hour

Requirements : Skills Required :

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.

Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.

Able to work under stress in a fast-paced work environment.

Keen attention to detail.

Travel & Work Conditions :

Primarily sedentary.

Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.

Education and Experience :

At least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or higher required.

2+ years of experience in an administrative role required.

2+ years of customer service experience required.

Work Authorization :

Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
