POSITION SUMMARY :
The Onsite Consultant provides professional and responsive service to onsite customers in environments such as production, mailroom, shipping and / or retail services. The Onsite Consultant interfaces with customers at all levels, meets customer requests and contract requirements, and performs duties across various functions including operating computers and equipment, moving boxes, stocking supplies, managing projects, completing forms, sorting papers, and following supervisor instructions. The Onsite Consultant delivers a positive customer experience using consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This role works with minimal supervision and collaborates daily with customers, managers, team members and vendors to accomplish established objectives.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
