Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and ensure compliance within the Supply Chain Enterprise Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various types of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; JD or paralegal certification is a plus

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related role, or 3 years with a JD

Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Proven negotiation, drafting, analysis, and risk mitigation skills

Certifications such as JD, CPCM, CFCM, or CPSM are preferred
