In-depth knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about statistical models and assumptions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to present complex information clearly. Experience in designing experiments and conducting A / B testing is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus. Previous experience in a consulting role or industry with significant data analysis responsibilities is an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistical methodologies, data analysis, and an ability to communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement statistical methodologies to address business questions and improve operational efficiencies.
- Analyze complex datasets using both traditional and modern statistical techniques, ensuring accuracy and integrity of results.
- Create clear and comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate statistical findings to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members on statistical best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design experiments and studies that yield meaningful insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in statistical analysis techniques and software.
- Support the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
- Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure proper data collection and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations related to data handling and statistical practices.
