Client Company Description

Our client is a learning center based in Carrollton, TX - providing comprehensive Math, English, Language, STEM, AI and Robotics tutoring services as well as art, graphic design, and illustration courses.

Shine Learning Center actively sends high school students to top ranked art schools throughout the nation for design, fashion, graphic design, illustration.

Shine Learning Center helps its students achieve significant improvements in SAT, ACT, and other college preparatory tests, as well as helping develop and further child education from K-12.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Teacher at a Learning Center located in Carrollton, TX. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons, developing effective curriculum materials, and assessing student progress. The teacher will work with students to enhance their mathematical understanding and skills, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with other staff and parents to support student development.

The Teacher will be able to teach Mathematics lessons to students from K-12 as needed AND preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Preferred if holding experience in AP Math, SAT, ACT and other test prep
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Experience working in an educational setting or learning center is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• ABLE TO WORK FROM 3PM TO 8PM WEEKDAYS
• ABLE TO WORK FROM 10AM TO 4PM SATURDAYS
