Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain predictive models to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
Conduct deep-dive analysis on the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation
Analyze complex sales data to identify key drivers of performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist role focused on Sales Analytics or Revenue Operations
Expert proficiency in SQL and fluency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
Experience with machine learning techniques and familiarity with data visualization tools
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and SaaS business metrics
