job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program Minimum of 11 years related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records, as applicable) P.E. License highly preferred Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or design services substation and switchyard projects for investor owned utilities in the United States Five years of experience in design of substation facilities with strong understanding of project lifecycle, layout design and optimization, relay protection & control, civil / structural designs, and major substation equipment Strong communication skills and client engagement abilities Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable standards Working knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and the proposal process Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days Travel to client sites Use of audio / video conferencing tools for communication

- Oversee design quality, budget, and schedule
- Support client interaction, proposals, and business development
