The Capabilities Manager will support the development, enhancement, and implementation of technology, capabilities, reporting, and product strategies within the Global Risk and Compliance organization. This role focuses on contributing to operational risk transformation by assisting in aligning business needs with technological solutions while ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and innovation. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and IT to help deliver effective tools, reports, and systems that enhance the risk management framework.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading collaboration with business and technology teams to define detailed user stories, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are well-documented
• Overseeing user acceptance testing (uat) planning and execution, guiding teams in the development of test cases, coordinating with end-users, and validating that system enhancements meet business and regulatory requirements
• Driving the design and definition of risk management solutions and reporting by advising on strategic architecture choices and aligning cross functional stakeholders
• Leading the delivery of risk and compliance technology capabilities that strengthen the operational framework, with a focus on proactive risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and controls effectiveness
• Shaping and executing product strategies that advance operational risk system capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader risk transformation objectives
• Coordinating and helping prioritize a portfolio of technology initiatives that enhance risk data management, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance tools.
• Supporting the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics within operational risk management processes.
• Ensuring risk and compliance technology solutions adhere to regulatory standards and adapt to evolving global requirements.
• Supporting the integration of risk management systems across the organization, facilitating comprehensive risk reporting and insights for senior management.
• Staying informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in risk and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
