KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead cross-functional business process mapping and Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives. This requires strong facilitation skills to gather SME input to design clear end-to-end business processes that are practical and meaningfully improve current processes / approaches, in addition to expertise in business process and OpEx methodologies and tools.
• Interface with members of the PDM Extended Leadership Team and their teams to drive meaningful process improvements in PDM.
• Utilize strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen problem-solving ability, to drive helpful change and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS :

People Leader Accountabilities :

The salary range for this position is : $182,070.00 - $235,620.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
