Job Description
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Designing campaign, contents, and social media / video strategies that transmit the organization's goals and objectives together with the Sales Support team.Creating contents, & videos, planning and executing all digital / social media tools including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging across all various social media channelsPR throughout all communicationsStay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in the firm's current and new products campaignsLiaising with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimize channels, bidding, and targeting strategies.Analyzing performance drives to improve campaign profitability and contributes towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI.Develop and monitor campaign budgetsDesigning and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute contentTaking ownership of retail website sales, including Social Shops, to meet forecasted targets and drive revenue growthWeekly status update and progress reportAd-hoc responsibilities and other duties required by the managementSome times in a year, event related evenings or / and weekends support could be askedQualifications
Very well organizedGood follow-up and follow throughStrong communication skillsProject management and managerial skillsAbility to analyze metrics, reports, and trends regarding consumersHands-on experience with Shopify, SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM softwareSolid knowledge of contents creations, social media platforms, online marketing tools and best practicesExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels, including Social Media / Shops (Youtube, shorts, Instagram, TikTok & Meta).What's On Offer
