  • Schedule : 10 hr shifts (6 : 30 am - 5 pm) with call Monday-Thursday, 7 pm - 6 am, Friday 7 pm - Monday 6 am
  • What is the minimum length of commitment requirement per month? 1.0 (4x10s / week) 10hr (6 : 30 am -5 pm)
  • Is call required? Yes weekends starting Friday night 7p-6a on Monday (these are split up into 12 or 24 hour shifts); weeknight call as well. All call is home backup call. Call providers will only be called in case of emergency and onsite provider is already on a case. 30min call-back time for home call.
  • Case Mix : all cases-cardiac (usually have at least 1 heart / day. They are straight-forward CABG, valves, etc), Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.
  • Support Staff / Supervision : Care Model; Medically directed
  • Number of cases / day : 20-30
  • Credentialing Time-Frame : 60 days
  • Certifications required (board certification or life support, etc.) : CRNA, APRN, BLS / ACLS, PALS
  • Board Certified Required : Yes
  • Active State License Required at presentation? Active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) candidate
