Mission Recruiting is proud to represent a nationally recognized law firm headquartered in Amarillo, Texas . The firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising commercial clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, and finance .

This role offers frequent client interaction and collaboration with executives and fellow attorneys, requiring strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills. Candidates should be team-oriented, confident in client relations, and experienced in law firm environments.

Responsibilities include :

  • Advising clients on corporate transactions and governance
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business agreements
  • Regular interaction with corporate clients and legal teams

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of relevant transactional experience
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Active Texas Bar membership (or ability to waive in)

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive salary : $120,000 – $165,000+ DOE
  • Performance, profitability, and origination bonuses
