job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConducting intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork. Documenting patient progress through counseling and group interactions. Creating individualized treatment plans within required time frames. Identifying and addressing clinical / case management needs. Providing individual, group, and family counseling as needed. Engaging in at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly. Educating patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps. Administering Urine Drug Screens and verifying patient identification. Upholding the integrity of our program and protecting proprietary data.
