Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (variable 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM)

No call, no weekends, no hospital duties

Minimal floating between two facilities

Setting : Outpatient only – Rehab Services

Role Summary :

The Travel PT will evaluate, administer, and direct physical therapy treatments as prescribed, focusing on outpatient ortho, neuro, and chronic pain. The PT establishes and monitors individualized treatment goals, reassessing progress regularly and documenting findings per departmental standards.

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1; 5–8 outpatients / day

EMR : MEDHOST & Redoc

Requirements : Active TX PT License

BLS certification

Knowledge in Ortho, Neuro, and Chronic Pain

Shift Type : 8hr Days

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week
