Multiple health and dental plans – some as low as $0 / pay period No cost to employee life insurance, long term disability, employee assistance program, and financial advisors A variety of other optional benefits 6.5 paid holidays annually and PTO starting at 19 days per year Retirement program with match Coordinate and configure system access for new clinical staff and support initial onboarding Develop, update, and deliver training materials to ensure efficient and compliant use of the EHR Facilitate hands-on training sessions for clinical users Assist with system rollouts, new feature implementation, and upgrade readiness testing Provide direct support to clinical users by responding to technical questions and workflow challenges related to the EHR Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex cases to internal IT or OCHIN support teams Monitor work queues and assist with resolution of duplicate records and user errors Maintain key system components such as user access, security templates, and provider profiles Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate and enhance EHR workflows Provide best practice guidance for documentation, navigation, and system functionality Participate in quality improvement initiatives by aligning system usage with clinical standards Assist in testing and implementing changes to improve system efficiency and effectiveness Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and EHR system updates Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of PHI Represent Clinical Informatics in team meetings and cross-departmental projects Support a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Bachelor degree in Health Information Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science Preferred RHIT or other advanced IT / IS training Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new software tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting information to diverse audiences Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace Immunizations required for all staff, including annual influenza vaccine.
