ToxEcology is on a mission to redefine the global standard of health by making precision detoxification the foundation for longevity, performance, and everyday vitality. We're building a brand that helps people understand that toxins are the new smoking — and gives them the tools to take control.
As we prepare to launch, we're hiring a VP of Marketing & Customer Experience to architect and drive our entire go-to-market strategy. This is a role for someone who blends strategic vision with hands-on creativity — and who is eager to leverage next-gen AI tools to accelerate execution, elevate content, and build a dynamic customer journey.
Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy — brand, content, paid, influencer, organic, and PR
- Serve as a public-facing brand ambassador — creating video, social, and podcast content that resonates
- Build a bold and engaging pre-launch social presence to drive awareness and early adoption
- Harness AI-powered tools like Descript, Canva Magic, Runway, ChatGPT, and Google’s Banana for video editing, asset creation, scriptwriting, and campaign testing
- Design and optimize a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints — website, app, onboarding, email, etc.
- Manage a lean team and / or agencies to execute with precision and creativity
- Collaborate directly with leadership and product teams to align messaging with our roadmap and product vision
Requirements :
8–15 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth leadershipStrong track record of launching and scaling consumer brands , ideally in health, wellness, or techConfident on-camera presence and a natural instinct for storytellingExperience using AI-enhanced tools to work smarter, not just harder — including for content, design, voice, segmentation, or media buyingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where ideas go from concept to launch quicklyBased in Dallas (or willing to travel regularly) for content creation, brand strategy, and team collaborationCompensation and Benefits :
Base pay range : $125,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation types : RSUs
