We’re searching for a  Senior Field Service Technician II  to join our growing  Customer and Field Service  team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do :

As a  Senior Field Service Technician II , you will be at the heart of our customer service operations, providing hands-on technical support and training to our customers and other technicians. This role requires regular travel to customer locations, with travel up to 75% . You'll :

Technical Expertise :

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain Luminator’s hardware and software, handling customer questions about the state of the system.
• Implement and install new equipment on-site with customers, providing on-site training and support.
• Sustain proficiency in all products and services that the company offers, including staying current with installation standard methodologies, equipment protocol, and safety guidelines.
