Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) / Director of Nursing (DON)

Overview\nWe're seeking a dedicated RN / DON to provide medical oversight and leadership across multiple group home locations in the North Central Valley. The RN / DON will create and maintain individualized care plans, develop and enforce health-related policies and procedures, and provide ongoing staff training to ensure safe, high-quality care in compliance with AHCCCS, DDD, and Arizona Board of Nursing standards.\n\nDuties\n

• Conduct health assessments & screenings\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans\n
• Establish, update, and oversee nursing policies & procedures\n
• Train and supervise staff on healthcare tasks and best practices\n
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness\n
• Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, HIPAA & DDD requirements\n
• Respond to medical emergencies and support infection control practices\n
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with Arizona DHS Home Health Agency regulations\n
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards\n
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and service quality\n\nExperience\n
• Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, home health, hospice care, or acute care environments.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current Arizona RN license\n
• CPR & First Aid certified\n
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card\n
• 3+ years nursing experience (home health / residential)\n
• Experience with DDD services preferred\n
• Knowledge of AHCCCS & DDD policies\n\nJob Type : Part-time\n\nPay : $50.00 per hour\n\nExpected hours : 10 – 20 per week\n\nBenefits : \n
