Now Hiring : Site & Inventory Maintenance Technician

Location : Tampa / Lutz

Schedule : Full-Time, 40 hours / week (one weekday off; some on-call availability)

Pay : $15.00 $20.00 / hour

About the Role

5 Star Cares is looking for a dependable Site & Inventory Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, clean, and fully functional. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, skilled with general maintenance, and committed to creating a safe and organized environment for staff and visitors.

What Youll Do

Site Operations & Maintenance

  • Perform daily facility checks and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect and report structural issues (windows, doors, walls, etc.).
  • Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and irrigation duties.
  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Support office moves and equipment setups.
  • Track and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and work orders.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA / EHS standards.
  • Document safety checks, inspections, and incidents.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and safety training.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure workplace.

    • What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and general workplace safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
