Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Kit Carson County, CO to hire a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location : Kit Carson County, CO

Start Date : August 1, 2025

End Date : May 29, 2026

Schedule : 3 days / week

Grade Level : PreK–12th grade

Hours : Approximately 22.5 hours / week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR across four school sites.

Assist in implementing student treatment plans and IEP goals.

Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills.

Collaborate with school staff and families to help students access their education.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed COTA registered with DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies).

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
