Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Electrical / Mechanical Assembler in El Cajon, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of $18.00 - $23.00 / hour DOE, Plus, overtime.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble and integrate small components (capacitors, coils, feed-thru pins, IC chips, etc.).
  • Perform manual pick-and-place of components and reflow assemblies using hot plates.
  • Rework and modify assemblies using soldering irons, microscopes, and small hand tools.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions , procedures, and standard work practices.
  • Conduct cleaning and vacuum baking of assemblies as required.

    • Requirements :

  • 3+ years of electrical / mechanical assembly experience with an emphasis on soldering
  • Secret Clearance required
  • Strong manual dexterity and experience working with small components under a microscope
  • Ability to follow precise assembly instructions and adapt to prototype changes

    Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
