Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Land Development experience in Charlotte, NC. Required :

• Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning
• Experience Designing grading / drainage, water / wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities
• Proficient AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Ability to manage multi projects
• BS Civil Engineer Degree
• PE Required
• 7 plus years of experience in Land Development Residential

Salary : $100-$135K

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration : Permanent
