Primary Care Locum Tenens Opportunity - Cashiers, North Carolina6-Month Assignment No Call Quick Start Available Position Highlights : Looking for a rewarding and scenic primary care locums opportunity? Join a collegial outpatient clinic in the charming town of Cashiers, NC. This is a great chance to work in a low-stress, supportive environment with the potential for a longer-term fit. Key Details :

  • Start Date : ASAP (once credentialed)
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, no call
  • Assignment Length : 6 months, with potential to extend
  • Patient Volume : 14-18 patients per day
  • Setting : Outpatient clinic only (no hospital work)
  • Support Staff : Dedicated medical assistant + other onsite APP
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Labs onsite, imaging available nearby
  • Dress Code : Business casual
  • Continuity of care is a priority - ideal for candidates open to longer-term placements

Candidate Requirements :

  • Must be board-certified in Primary Care
  • Active North Carolina medical license and DEA are required
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid
  • Local candidates or those with a genuine interest in the area are highly encouraged to apply
