A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to identify and resolve requests
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
