Growth Engineer

A company is looking for a Growth Engineer to lead growth engineering initiatives and create product-led acquisition and activation loops through innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage data to understand customers and identify opportunities for revenue and engagement growth

Design, build, and maintain full-stack customer-facing products

Lead product-led growth initiatives from research to execution

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a full stack engineering role

Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Render, Vercel)

Knowledge of modern web technologies and testing frameworks

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in SQL

Experience working cross-functionally to identify business-impacting solutions
