Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers and others in the legal community; Maintaining client files; Calculate and manage deadlines; Review, analyze and summarize case files; Review, draft and file legal documents such as discovery responses, motions and other pleadings for attorneys; Assisting attorneys with preparation of cases for trial Attending trial with attorneys and assisting throughout trial Other duties as assigned. A minimum of 2 years as a litigation paralegal (experience with Personal Injury) Ability to proficiently prioritize a heavy work load Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Understand legal terminology and procedures; Critical thinking skills with great attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to work independently as well as a team player; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint; Experience with NEOS Case Management (Needles) software is a plus Must have Valid Florida Driver's License Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary High School Diploma and / or GED Required Completion of an Accredited Paralegal program and / or certificate preferred Associate's Degree or comparable work experience Competitive salaries Medical + Dental + Vision Insurance 401K with company matching Accidental Death & Disability coverage Paid time-off (PTO) plus 7 paid holidays Optional additional Life Insurance Optional additional Short & Long Term Disability We take pride in our dedication to providing excellent customer service and our superior quality of work, neither of which would be possible without our dedicated team of professionals. WE ARE GROWING!! Burnetti, P.A. has been serving the injured people of Florida for 30 years plus and is seeking a full time in-office Litigation Paralegal experience with any of the following law practices :
- Personal Injury, for our Sebring Office.
