COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- 17 weeks off per year
- $250,000 base with $20,000 relocation
- Call Compensation : Extra shifts available at $900 per day and $40 / hour if called in outside scheduled hours
- Benefits : Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and a robust 401(k) retirement plan, with PERA contributions
- Tuition Reimbursement : Up to $3,000 per year for active students (after one year of employment)
- Other Perks : $4,000 CME allowance, bereavement, and sick leave
FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility : 18-bed critical access hospitalSchedule : 2 weeks on, 1 week off (35 weeks per year total)Independence : CRNAs practice independently with oversight required only for epidural and chronic pain managementExposure to a wide variety of cases : OB, ortho, GI, ENT, pain managementQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
