Current projects are located in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Southern California, including Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, and Malibu, with values ranging from $5M to $40M.

They are actively seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support multiple luxury home builds from preconstruction through delivery. Candidates must bring a passion for craftsmanship, organization, and client service.

Ideal Background :

• 3+ years of experience in luxury residential and / or high-end commercial construction
• Strong skills in project documentation, budgeting support, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Comfortable assisting with multiple projects at various stages
