What You Will Do
Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment in new and existing residential homes
Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings according to specifications
Test systems for proper operation and make adjustments as needed
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Follow all safety policies and procedures and promote a safety-first environment
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and builders to meet project timelines
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
High school diploma or GED (experience may substitute for education)
Previous HVAC installation experience required
Ability to read and interpret installation plans and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer or tablet skills for documentation
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Preferred Qualifications :
HVAC trade school certification
1–2 years of residential HVAC or construction experience
EPA Certification
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work performed primarily in residential homes and active construction sites
Exposure to all weather conditions year-round
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to work at heights using proper fall protection
Exposure to dust, noise, and construction materials
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots
