Giving Home Health Care is looking to find an eager, motivated, and caring individual to join our Oak Ridge, TN team as a Physician Liaison! The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and growing relationships with physician practices, independent health care providers, and the physician staff. This individual enhances communication and acts as a key resource between Giving Home Health Care and physician offices. Responsibilities

• Contact physician offices and demonstrating the highest level of customer service and respect to build a partnership with a physician that patients may be referred to.
• Learn program policies and procedures, billing processes, and other functions of Giving Home Health Care.
• Provide information and training to medical offices.
• Perform daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups. Develop outreach strategies and target lists to manage / document ongoing physician outreach activity.
• Continually develop medical knowledge to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Communicate urgency to physicians to assess patients and start process to have illnesses approved or declined for program.
