Training kicks off on the morning rota before transitioning to second or third shift schedules.

What You'll Do :

  • Uphold safety and organization in the workplace.
  • Master complex setups on various CNC machines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Layout components to ensure stock adequacy and machinability.
  • Expertly operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts with exactitude.
  • Enhance CNC programs to improve accuracy and output.
  • Utilize strong mathematical skills for precise calculations of dimensions.
  • Employ precise inspection tools for quality assurance.

Your Toolkit :

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Journeyman Machinist or Tool & Die Maker certification recognized by PA State.
  • Physical examination clearance.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, with knowledge of G and M codes preferred.

    The responsibilities involve extensive physical activity, such as :

  • Standing, movement, and handling heavy loads for prolonged periods.
  • Material / equipment lifting up to 70 pounds.
  • Precision motor and visual capabilities for inspection tasks.

  • Machine Diagnosis and CNC Tooling
  • Expertise in CNC Programming and Repair
  • Installation of CNC Machines
  • G-Code and M-Code Mastery
  • Conducting Production Setups and Runs
  • Holding a Journeyman’s License and OSHA 10 Certification
